Each problem has a description, example inputs and outputs, and hints. You run the full test set, including hidden cases, and accepted runs record tests passed, instructions executed and code size.

About Algorithms
It trains interview-style problem solving and shows how C turns into machine code, with a live disassembly view and asm blocks if you want to drop to assembly. The virtual machine has no clock or randomness, so a solution always costs the same number of instructions and best scores can be compared. You need to know basic C first.
It is a paid app on Steam for Windows, macOS and Linux. It has no accounts or subscriptions, and everything runs locally.
