Robocode Tank Royale is the next generation of Robocode. You write the code for a tank that moves, turns its radar and fires at the other tanks in an arena. Battles run by themselves, and you watch them in a desktop viewer and replay them afterwards.

About Robocode Tank Royale
It trains event-driven programming, geometry and targeting, and opponent modelling at higher levels. It suits beginners as a first game project, and the 1v1 rankings are hard enough to keep experienced players busy.
Bots run as separate programs that connect to a battle server, so you can write them in Java or Kotlin, C# and other .NET languages, Python or TypeScript. It is free and open source. Bots that are submitted to the community Tank Royale Rumble get ranked in 1v1, TwinDuel and Melee.
