Program Lua microcontrollers to run ships and robots in a space sandbox
Waste of Space is a multiplayer space sandbox on Roblox where you mine, craft and build bases and ships in a shared universe that saves. Its programming side is the microcontroller part. You write code in Pilot.lua, a version of Luau with extra functions, and the microcontroller runs it to read sensors, draw on screens, send messages over modems and control other parts.

About Waste of Space
It trains real Luau scripting against an in-game API, plus debugging code that has to work with physical parts and limited power. It suits players who already know some Lua, or who are happy to learn from the community wiki and docs.
It is free to play with a Roblox account and is still marked as alpha. Optional Robux passes appear to be cosmetic effects.
