Microcorruption
Debug and exploit an emulated MSP430 door lock in your browser
In Microcorruption you attack a fictional electronic door lock. Each level runs real MSP430 code, and you use a web debugger to read the disassembly, watch memory and registers, set breakpoints and step through the program. Your goal is to find an input that opens the lock.

About Microcorruption
It trains low-level skills: reading assembly, finding buffer overflows and other memory bugs, and writing small exploits. A tutorial level and a manual help you start, and later levels get much harder. You need no physical hardware.
The game runs in the browser. It was first made by Matasano Security and Square, and NCC Group added new levels in 2022.
On Breakpoint since 23 Oct 2026.
