Advent of CSS is a set of 24 design challenges, one sent by email each day from 1 to 24 December. For each one you get starter HTML, a Figma design file, a style guide and a short brief. Your job is to build the design in the browser using CSS.

You practise turning a design into a working page: layout, spacing, typography and other CSS skills. It suits beginner and intermediate developers who already know basic HTML and CSS.
Signing up is free. A paid option adds a tutorial and the final solution. The most recent edition listed on the site is 2024, and older editions are also listed.
