ShellSprint

Type real Linux commands in arcade runs and learn what each one does

ShellSprint is a typing game for learning Linux commands. You type real commands exactly as shown, and a wrong key restarts the line. Short ten-command arcade runs end with a grade, and longer sections move you through each chapter. A recall mode gives you a task and three commands to choose from, and a lab mode shows what each command does once you clear it.

About ShellSprint

It builds muscle memory and recognition for everyday shell commands, which suits students and early sysadmins more than experts. Scoring tracks points, accuracy, typing time and streaks, and reading time is not counted.

It runs in the browser and stores progress only on your device, with no account. Nothing executes on your machine. Extras include three soundtracks, an optional narrator, and themes and badges to unlock. The maker's launch post also mentions Kubernetes commands.
