Rooms are grouped into learning paths such as Cyber Security 101, SOC Level 1, Jr Penetration Tester and Red Teaming, each marked easy, intermediate or hard. It suits complete beginners best, but there is content for more experienced people too.
You need a free account. The free plan gives you free rooms and a one hour daily limit on the in-browser AttackBox. Paid plans unlock all rooms, more paths and unlimited AttackBox time.
