UnderTheWire is a set of wargames played on remote Windows machines. You connect over SSH and land in a PowerShell prompt. Each level gives you a task, such as counting the files on the desktop, finding a hidden file or reading details from Active Directory. The answer is the password for the next level.

About UnderTheWire
There are five games, Century, Cyborg, Groot, Oracle and Trebek, each on its own server. Century starts with PowerShell basics, and the later games ask for more. They suit system administrators, security learners and anyone who wants to practice PowerShell on a real Windows system.
To start, you join the project's Slack and take the first login details from the #StartHere channel. After that you only need an SSH client. The level pages are on the website.
