Virtual Circuit Board
Draw logic circuits and computers, then program them with your own assembly
Virtual Circuit Board (VCB) is a sandbox logic simulator where you build circuits by drawing colour-coded gates and traces on a grid. A tick-based engine simulates signals at up to millions of updates per second, and an assembly editor lets you define your own instruction set and assemble programs into memory that your circuits can read.

About Virtual Circuit Board
There are no tutorials, levels or challenges: you set your own goals, from simple monochrome circuits to full computers. The developers say it is aimed at players who already know the basics of logic gates, so it suits people who finished games like Turing Complete and want an open workbench.
