Git-ing Over It
Fix messy workplace Git situations with real commands in a browser terminal
Git-ing Over It teaches Git through the kind of situations you hit at work. Each of its 14 levels opens with a Slack message and a list of objectives, then gives you a terminal and sometimes a browser window or a code file. Sometimes the mess is yours, sometimes a made-up teammate's.

About Git-ing Over It
It runs a real Git engine, and levels are judged on the final state of the repository rather than on a fixed command, so there is more than one way to solve each one. Levels award up to three stars. It is aimed at students and early-career developers who know a few commands but freeze when a rebase or merge goes wrong.
It is free, runs in the browser and needs no sign-up. The start screen tracks the levels you have cleared and the stars you have earned. The maker invites reports of levels where commands do not behave as expected.
