Schemaverse is a space strategy game that runs entirely inside a PostgreSQL database. You buy ships with INSERT statements, move them by calling functions, and read the results of battles from views. You can also write a fleet script in PL/pgSQL so the database controls your fleet for you.

You register on schemaverse.com and connect with psql or the browser interface, which has a SQL console and a live map. The code is open source under the PostgreSQL license, with Docker instructions for running your own server.
