In Battlesnake you write the brain for a snake that plays against other snakes. Your code runs as a web server that answers the Battlesnake API: each turn the game sends the board state, and your server replies with a move. Your snake must find food, stay alive and outlast the others.

About Battlesnake
You can use any language or framework. Moves have a short time limit, so you practise writing fast code, game logic and search algorithms, and you learn how to run a small web service.
It suits programmers who can build a basic web server. The game is free, and leaderboards and tournaments let you compare your snake with others. You must host your server yourself.
