About Shenzhen I/O

It trains low-level programming under tight limits, plus some basic circuit thinking. You learn the parts from a manual with over 30 pages of datasheets, reference guides and diagrams. It suits programmers who like reading specs and making designs smaller and cheaper.

It is a paid game from Zachtronics, released in 2016 for Windows, macOS and Linux on Steam, GOG and itch.io. It also has a sandbox mode and a solitaire card game.

On Breakpoint since 23 Oct 2026.
